Lottie Overman Holt

Lottie Grace Overman Holt, 97, died Monday, September 17, 2012 at Woodland Hill Care and Rehabilitation, Asheboro. Mrs. Holt was born in Alamance County to Charlie and Grace Overman, who preceded her in death, along with two brothers, her husband, Howard and son, Jerry. She is survived by granddaughters, Elizabeth Holt Harper and Beverly Holt Palazzolo of Texas; four great-grandchildren, four nephews and a niece, Carole Overman Davis of Asheboro. Visitation will be at Pugh Funeral Home, Asheboro from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2012. A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Central United Methodist Church where she was a member, with Dr. Terry Matthews officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Alamance Memorial Park, Burlington. Memorials may be made to Central United Methodist Church, 300 S. Main St., Asheboro, NC 27203.
