Loree Hunt Smith

Loree Hunt Smith, age 80, of Asheboro passed away Friday, May 18, 2012 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. Ms. Smith was born April 11, 1932 in Randolph County to John H. and Cora Snow Hunt. She was retired from Sprint Telephone and was a member of Fayetteville Street Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Loree was preceded in death by her daughter, Vickie Burgess Taskey and brother, Perry Hunt. She is survived by her granddaughter, Tonya Bray LeGrande and her husband Will of Greensboro; great grandchildren, Brittany Coble and Taylor Coble; great great grandchildren, Olivia Coble and Jayden Deaton. The family will receive friends Monday, May 21, 2012 from 12:30 - 1:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bruce Dickerson officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park.
