Lonnie Joe Lassiter, age 37, of 151 Lassiter Loop Rd., Troy died Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center Northeast, Concord. Lonnie was born December 20, 1976 at Pinehurst, NC the son of Danny K Lassiter of Troy and Marie Nelson of Greensboro. In addition to his parents he is survived by one daughter: Page Lassiter of Troy; two brothers: Johnny Lassiter of the home and George Bullard of Greensboro. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 26, 2014 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 N Main St., Troy. The funeral will follow at 11:00 am at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home with Tony Sedberry officiating. Burial will be in the Lassiter Family Cemetery, Star.
