Lola Cole Brady, age 89, of Asheboro died Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Thames, Rev. Pat Thames, and Rev. Robert Kidd officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery.Mrs. Brady was a native of Moore County and was a graduate of Fayetteville Street School. She was a member of Asheboro Friends Meeting, where she was former Treasurer. Lola was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Clay Brady. She is survived by her nephews, Jackie Cole and his wife Pat of Asheboro, NC, David Cole and his wife Nanci of Greensboro, NC, Gary Cole and his wife Lynn of Kure Beach, NC, Phillip Cole and his wife Cheryl of Marion, NC, Lloyd Millikan and his wife Delores of Siler City, NC; nieces, Priscilla Cole of Asheboro, NC and Martha McDaniel of Greenville, SC.The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 28, 2009 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.Memorials may be made to Asheboro Friends Meeting, 230 E.
