Lois Alease Richardson Freeman, age 93, formerly of Randleman died Monday, January 21, 2019 at Hospice Home at High Point, High Point.
Mrs. Freeman was born March 2, 1925 the daughter of William and Nellie Laughlin Richardson.Lois was a native of Randolph County and retired from Acme in Asheboro. She was a member of Full Gospel Miracle Ministries in High Point and enjoyed singing praise hymns. Lois had a great attitude and smile and a gift to cheer people up. She loved digging in her garden. In addition to her parents, Lois is preceded in death by her son, Norman Jeffrey Freeman, grandson, Eric Terrell, sisters, Polly Ellen and Ruth Richardson, brother, Bill Richardson.
She is survived by her son: Donald Freeman and wife Susan of Fairfax, VA; daughter, Ruby Terrell of Burlington; grandchildren: Brian Freeman and wife Nandia of Fairfax, VA, Jason Freeman of Fairfax, VA, Donald Robert Freeman and wife Martha of Randleman, and Jeffrey Michael Freeman of Denton; 6 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday, January 25, 2019 from 12:00 - 1:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will follow at 1:00 pm in the chapel, with Rev. Stanley Savage officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
