Linda Stultz King

Linda Stultz King, age 66, of 2105 Barclay Place, Randleman died Thursday, February 17, 2011 at her home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Holder and Rev. Susan Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Seagrove Christian Church Cemetery. Mrs. King was a native of Randolph County and a graduate of Guilford College where she was a Dana Scholar. She was a former social worker and was retired from Randolph Community College. After retirement, she did volunteer work where she received numerous awards for her tireless effort to help others. Mrs. King was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald King, daughter, Jessica King, parents Millard and Annie Stultz, sister, JoAnn Ferrell and brothers, Tommy and Gary Stultz. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Brian Botts of Abingdon, MD, her extended family and many special friends. The family will receive friends Friday, February 18, 2011 from 7 to 9 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Jessica King Scholarship, Dept. of Occupational Therapy, 3305 Health Science Bldg., Mail stop 668, East Carolina University, Greenville, NC 27834.
