Linda Lee Burton

Linda Lee Oxendine Burton, age 61, of 222 Windsor Place Circle, Apt. B, Randleman went to be in the loving embrace of her Lord on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mrs. Burton was a native of Robeson County. She was formerly employed with Guilford Mills and was preceded in death by her parents; Hubert and Dorothy Oxendine and her husband, John Lee Burton. She is survived by one daughter: Sandra Burton Traylor of Randleman, NC. three grandchildren, Rex Allen of Asheboro, Heath Traylor and Lyndsay Traylor both of Randleman, and their father, Rex Traylor, Randleman, one brother: Jimmy Deese and Becky of Atlanta, GA Two sisters: Delores Cavinder of Atlanta, Ga. and Janet Carter of Mocksville, NC, two nieces, Shirley Carter and Nicole Carter and one great niece, Alexis Carter all of Mocksville, NC and her three loving canine companions, Susie, Missy, and Rocky. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 2, 2008 from 1:00 - 2:30 PM prior to service at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC and other times at her home. A graveside service will be held Sunday, March 2, 2008 at 3:00 PM at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Rev. Allen Bullard officiating.
