Lewis C. Sells

Lewis C. Sells, age 77, of 759 Hanner Rd., Randleman died Thursday, July 31, 2008 at SunBridge Care & Rehabilitation Of Asheboro, Asheboro. Mr. Sells was born August 9, 1930 in Guilford County, NC the son of the late Zannie Daniel and the late Helen Elizabeth Murray Sells. Mr. Sells was a native of Guilford County and retired from Oakwood Homes. He was a member of the National Guard and of Baptist Faith. Lewis is preceded in death by his son, James Adrian Sells; brother, Tim McCoy Sells and a sister, Barbara Ann Sells Whitaker. He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Evelyn Hanner Sells, two daughters: Judy Faye Sells Carpenter of Randleman, NC and Cheryl Lynn Lamb of Brown Summit, NC; two sons: Clarence Lewis Sells, Jr. of Randleman, NC and Terry Frank Sells of Corning, CA; 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held, Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Level Cross United Methodist Church Cemetery, 10142 U.S. Hwy. 220 Bus. N., Randleman with Rev. Jeffrey H. Sypole officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church Fellowship Hall.
