Leona Oleta Stockwell

Leona Oleta Hunt Stockwell, age 93, of 3359 Beavercreek Rd., Randleman died Friday, April 17, 2009 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.Mrs. Stockwell was a native of Randolph County and a homemaker. She was a member of Worthville United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Stockwell; grandchildren, Randolph Stockwell, Karen McKinney, Devonna Stockwell and Jerry Rumbley: great grandchild, Brett Long. She is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Margaret S. and Charles Cox of Asheboro, NC, Ruby S. and Donald Rumbley of Randleman, NC; daughter Dorothy S. Bulla of Randleman, NC; sons and daughter-in-law, David L. and Diane Stockwell of Randleman, NC, George E. and Sylvia Stockwell of Elon, NC; 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren.The family will receive friends Saturday, April 18, 2009 from 6 - 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. and at other times at the home of Ruby S. Rumbley, 3349 Rumbley Pine St., Randleman, NC. The graveside service will be Sunday, April 19, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Rev.
