Leon Franklin Nall

Leon Franklin Nall, age 80, of Asheboro passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at his home.

Mr. Nall was born in Asheboro on June 14, 1941 to Arnold Franklin and Ethel Cooper Nall.  He was retired from B.C. Moore's and Arrow International.  Leon was a member of Asheboro Church of Christ.  In addition to his parents, Leon was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Louise Hendley Nall.  Leon loved music, and in his younger years worked at the Sunset Theater.

He is survived by his daughters, Kathy Nall  Hinesley (Mitchell Hinesley) of Asheboro and Susan Yvonne Nall Cheek (William Darrell Cheek) of Asheboro; grandchildren, Christopher Allen Nall, Stephanie Marie Cheek Poczontek, Elizabeth Michelle Cheek, and Mitchell Darren Hinesley ll; 4 great grandchildren; and brother, Roy Nall of Folsom, CA.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February  4, 2022 from 12:00-1:30 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue in Asheboro.  A graveside service will follow on Friday at 2:00 pm at Randolph Memorial Park with Pastor Gary Mason officiating.
