Leland Michael Fields

Leland Michael Fields, infant son of Jennifer Ann Fields and Mike Scott received his Heavenly wings on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston- Salem.

Leland was born on November 23, 2019 in Winston-Salem. Leland was preceded in death by his maternal great grandfather, Charlie Routh, maternal great grandfather Forrest Fields and paternal grandparents, Ray Scott and Linda Gulledge.

In addition to his parents, Leland is survived by his brothers, Caleb, R.J., Mason, and Logan; maternal grandparents, Rita Routh Johnson and Todd Johnson and Mike and Jan Fields; maternal great grandmother, Rosina Routh, maternal great grandmother Ivalou Fields; and uncles, Ethan Fields; and Tony Price.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 1:30-2:30 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue in Asheboro. A graveside service will follow on Friday at 3:00 pm at Whites Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery, 2852 Whites Memorial Road in Franklinville with Rev. Larry Stines officiating.
