Leila Chisholm Archie, 91, of Asheboro, NC fell asleep in death, Saturday, December 16, 2017 at the Hospice House of Randolph County. Leila was born on April 7, 1926 and was one of eleven beautiful children born to the late James and Essie Chisholm of Chester County, South Carolina. Leila's greatest acts of love was teaching others of her heavenly Father, Jehovah. Leila dedicated her life to Jehovah June 23, 1957, and entered the full time service to Jehovah November 1, 1986. Leila received excellent care at Brookdale Senior Living Solutions of Asheboro and Wellington Oaks of Greensboro. Mrs. Archie was preceded in death by her husband James Franklin Archie, daughters, Juanita Archie and Arlena Johnson, granddaughter, Kristy Mack, and beloved siblings. She is survived to cherish her memory by her daughter, Evelyn Fox of Asheboro, grandchildren, Tiffany Archie, Brandi Fox, Anthony Mack, Carlyle Fox, Cameron Johnson, and Sydney Fox, plus twelve great grandchildren and a host of family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4336 US Highway 64 East, Asheboro, NC. Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is assisting the family.
