Larry Edward Willard

Larry Edward Willard, age 66, of Randleman died Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro. Mr. Willard was born June 25, 1947 in VA the son of Harvey and Gladys Highfill Willard. Mr. Willard was born in Prince Edward County, Va. and a member of Level Cross Baptist Church. He enjoyed farming with his brother. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brother in laws, Bill Lane and Brian Hall. He is survived by his sisters: Susan Willard of the home, Diann Lane of New Bern and Gayle Black and husband, Gary of Trinity; brothers: Terry Bruce Willard and his wife, Bonnie of Randleman, Charles Willard and his wife, Sarah of Pleasant Garden and Kenneth Willard of the home; uncles and aunts, Ray And Dot Highfill of Randleman and Mary Ann and Richard Neighbors of Greensboro; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, January 3, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman and other times at his brother's home, 6128 Evans Cedar Lane, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Level Cross Baptist Church, 10169 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Randleman. Rev. Jerry Mills will be officiating.
