Larry Mellott

Larry Mellott, age 63, of 399 Fox Fire Road, Asheboro died Sunday, June 12, 2011 at his home. A long-time resident of Orrville, OH, Larry was of the Church of Christ faith, and had been employed with Metal USA for 32 years. He was an Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Mellott, and his parents Harlan and Lula Ware Mellott. He is survived by his wife: Sylvia Mellott, two daughters: Samantha Tinnin and her husband, Fred of Asheboro, NC, and Heather Haithcox and her husband, Adam of Franklinville, NC, three grandsons of whom he thought the world of, Darrion and Fred Tinnin, Jr. both of Asheboro, NC; and A. J. Haithcox of Franklinville, NC, one brother: Harold Mellott of Orrville, OH, and his two canine daughters, Oreo & Sandy. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro.
