Lacy Lewis Bowman

RANDLEMAN; Lacy Lewis Bowman, age 88, of Randleman died Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Randolph Health in Asheboro.

Mr. Bowman was born March 16, 1930 the son of William and Stella Chandler Bowman.Lacy was a native of Randolph County and a member of Worthville United Methodist Church. He served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean and Vietnam War. He retired with 26 years of service and rank of Master Sergeant. Lacy had a kind and giving heart and was a man of his word. In addition to his parents, Lacy is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Sue Bowman, 4 brothers and 4 sisters.

He is survived by his daughter: Sandy Bulla of Randleman, and son: Mike Bowman of Kernersville; sister: Patsy Dabbs of Siler City.

The family will receive friends Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 12:30 - 2:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 pm at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Rev. Abraham Kim officiating. Military rites will be provided by the Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
