Kenneth Warren Parson, age 52, died April 13, 2010 at his home.
Ken requested no services to be held and wished his final resting place to be the Atlantic Ocean. His wish will be honored.
Mr. Parson was a native of Randolph County, NC. He was formerly employed with Carolina Lumber and Plastics Color Chip and was currently employed with Naumann Hobbs as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Pam Parson, his parents, Drew and Maxie Parson, and his brothers, Phillip Parson and Jimmie Parson. Ken enjoyed riding his Harley, going to concerts, and his dog, Apollo. He was a good-hearted person who loved and always provided for his family.
Ken is survived by his wife, Lynn Parson of the home; daughters, Teresa McNeill and her husband Doug of Siler City, Carolyn Leonard and her husband Mark of Staley; son, David Parson and his wife Roxanne of Asheboro; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sisters, Nancy Harshe and her husband Bob of Boardman, OH, Rose Mary Lucas of Randleman; Sharon Treat and her husband Tom of Yorba Linda, CA; brothers, Bill Parson and his wife Helen of Asheboro, Garry L. Parson and his wife Linda of Wallace, WV, Jerome Parson and his wife Jeri of Laurens, SC, George C. Parson and wife Wilma of Pleasant Garden, and John Parson and his wife Janice of Stokesdale.
