Kenneth Chandler Lowe

Kenneth Chandler Lowe, age 68, of Asheboro went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 22, 2011. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Farmer Cemetery with Rev. Terry McGee officiating. Ken was born in Randolph County, NC on March 11, 1943 to Lawson and Beatrice Chandler Lowe. He was the owner and operator of Ken's TV & Appliance for 22 years and was preceded in death by his parents. A member of the Good Samaritan Baptist Church, Ken enjoyed traveling, the beach, telling jokes, and was looking forward to spoiling his first grandchild. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Wyatt Lowe; daughter, Rhonda Lowe Beese and her husband Tim of Cary, NC; granddaughter, Marlena Chandler Beese of Cary, NC; brothers, Sydney Lowe of Asheboro, NC, Dempsey Lowe of Farmer, NC, and Benny Chandler of Denton, NC The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
