Julie Ann Shotwell Blowers, age 70, of Randleman died Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mrs. Blowers was a native of Guilford County. Julie was a loving and kind wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband: Mahlon Blowers of the home; sons: Kenneth Carpenter and his wife Catherine of Randleman, Richard Carpenter and his wife Jeanie of Wis., and Mahlon Blowers, Jr. and his wife Tiffany of Houston, TX; daughters: Misty Harrington of Tn. and Kimberly Blowers of Ak.; 7 grandchildren; sisters: Irene Holder and her husband Henry of Greensboro and Nadine Enyart of Sophia; brother: Henry Shotwell,III of Randleman. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 8, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Frank Barrett officiating.
