Julian Wayne Coble, age 85, of Randleman died Friday, December 22, 2017 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro.
Born November 27, 1932 in Guilford County, NC, Wayne was the son of Jessie Roy and Ollie Julian Coble. Wayne was a Korean War Veteran serving in the US Navy and a member of Mt Lebanon United Methodist Church. He retired from food sales. In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by a brother and his wife: Jim and Marie Coble; nephew and his wife: Terry and Scottie Coble.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years: Nancy Lamb Coble; one son: Randy Coble and his wife, Beverly of Randleman; nephew: Jimmy Coble, Jr. and his wife, Rachel of Randleman, NC; sister-in-law: Carolyn Dezern and her husband, Terry; niece: Sandy Hackett and her husband, Steve and their children: Christian and Cameron; and extended family and friends; and his beloved grand-dog: Chico Wayne Coble.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 12:30-1:30PM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. Funeral services will follow at 1:30 with Rev. Kaye Fry officiating. Burial will be held at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro with military honors provided by the Randolph County Honor Guard.
