Julia Keith Ewing

Mrs. Julia Keith Ewing, age 86, of 110 Taft St, Troy died Monday, May 19, 2008 at Autumn Care of Biscoe, NC. Mrs. Ewing was born November 19, 1921 at Greenville, SC. Although her birthplace was Greenville, SC, she lived most of her life in Troy. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, the Adult Choir and Womens Circle #2; she was also a member of the Child Study Club. She was a graduate of Furman University and a former kindergarten teacher at Trinity United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband James "Jim" Miller Ewing of the home; a sister, Evelyn Easterling of Greenville, SC; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the home. A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at Southside Cemetery, S. Main St., Troy with Rev. Bobby Tyson, Jr. officiating.
