Kelly Simmons, age 64, of Randleman died Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at his home.
Mr. Simmons was a native of Guilford County and retired from Woodmark Originals in High Point. Kelly was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his father, William Simmons.
He is survived by his wife: Phyllis Simmons, of the home; sons: Joey Simmons of Randleman,
Cale Simmons and his wife, Tammy of Randleman, daughter, Vickie Corder and her husband, Rod of Franklinville; grandchildren, Tyler Simmons and Matthew Simmons both of Randleman, Bayley and Lexie Corder both of Franklinville; mother, Maude Simmons, of Summerfield;
brothers: Billy Simmons of Climax, Johnny Simmons of Randleman, and David Simmons of Pleasant Garden; sisters: Audrey Alley of Summerfield, and Ruth Lamb of Climax.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 31, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be held Saturday, January 1, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, 5056 N.C. Hwy 22 North, Franklinville with Rev. Doug Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery, Franklinville.
