Joseph Ernest Okrzesik, Jr.

Joseph Ernest Okrzesik, Jr., age 69, of Asheboro died Saturday, December 27, 2014 at his home. He was retired from Luck's Beans after 35 years of service and was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Phyliss Okrzesik and brother, Richard Okrzesik. He is survived by his wife, Mary Okrzesik; daughters, Tina Maynard, Donna Ott, Teresa Hempy and husband Andy; 6 stepsons; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Valerie Dewitt, Marlene Tracy, Velvet Solmos; brother, Terry Okrzesik. The family will receive friends Friday, January 2, 2015 from 12 noon-1:45 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Friday, January 2, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Todd Nance officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park.
