Joseph "Joe" Lee Chriscoe

Joseph "Joe" Lee Chriscoe, age 64, of Seagrove died Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at First Health Hospice and Palliative Care. Mr. Chriscoe was born June 14, 1951 in Randolph County to David and Virginia Chriscoe. He was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church and was formerly employed with Georgia-Pacific for almost forty years. In addition to his parents, Mr. Chriscoe was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Chriscoe, granddaughter, Naylen Cardin-Chriscoe, step-brothers, Arnold and Farrell Maness and step-mother, Omma Chriscoe. He is survived by his wife, Annette Carter Chriscoe; sons, Kirby Chriscoe of Greensboro, Trent Chriscoe and Jennell Cardin of Seagrove; grandchildren, Kirsten and Aiden Cardin, Kinsley and Teague Cardin-Chriscoe; brother, Edward Chriscoe and wife Sue of Seagrove; step-sisters, Clara Brooks and Sally Routh both of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Sunday, September 27, 2015 from 1:30-3:00 pm at Union Grove Baptist Church, 7912 Union Grove Church Road, Seagrove. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm Sunday at Union Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Ronnie Chaney officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
