Joseph Dean Edwards

Joseph Dean Edwards, age 61, of Randleman died Sunday, March 3, 2019 at his home.

Dean was a native of Guilford County and a graduate of Page High School, class of 1975. He worked many years at R.W. McCollum Company in Greensboro. Dean was a member of First Wesleyan Church in Randleman where he enjoyed cooking for the youth and men's group. He loved to mow and being outdoors. Dean is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Linwood Edwards.

He is survived by his wife: Lori Surratt Edwards and daughter, Caitlyn Marie Edwards of the home; mother, Evelyn Marie Edwards of Greensboro.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 11:30 - 12:45 at First Wesleyan Church, 125 Tabernacle St., Randleman, NC. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Stephen Barnes and Pastor Mark Wilburn officiating. Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park, Greensboro.
