Jonathan Luke Wiggins

Jonathan Luke "John Luke" Wiggins, infant son of Michael and Kayla Otwell Wiggins, received his angel wings on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at Randolph Health in Asheboro. Jonathan is preceded in death by his Great Grandparents; Ernest and Antoinette Roso, and John Wiggins, all from Ohio. In addition to his parents, he is also survived by Grandparents, Walter (Tom) Otwell of Franklinville, Bobby Shaw and his wife Carla of Bennett, and William Wiggins and his wife Mary Jo of Copley, OH; Great Grandparents, Charles Nixon and his wife Myrna of Staley, Robert (Jake) Otwell and his wife Barbara of Franklinville, and Mary Wiggins of Munroe Falls, OH; Uncles and Aunts, Amber Shaw of Bennett, Stephen Testa and his wife Brianna of Charlotte, and Jason Wiggins and his wife Samantha of Wadsworth, OH. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Holly Spring Friends Meeting, 2938 Holly Spring Rd. Ramseur, NC 27316. A Graveside service will immediately follow at Noon in the Meeting cemetery, with Rev. Todd Brown and Rev. Terry Batchelor officiating. Memorials may be made to Martha Wyrick, Nurse Manager, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC 27157.
