Johnny "Kidd" Ray Kidd

Johnny "Kidd"  Ray Kidd, age 54, of Seagrove died Friday, May 11, 2018 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro.

Johnny was born March 11, 1964, the son of James Kidd and Ruby Owens Kidd, who preceded him in death. 

Johnny, better known as "Kidd", was a native of Randolph County and a self-employed painter.  He was a very talented artist, doing pencil drawings and paintings.  Johnny enjoyed fishing and racing.  He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Johnny is survived by his sister: Deborah Slycord of Seagrove; nephew: Dale Slycord of TX; aunts: Shirley Caulk of Bennett and Irene Williamson of Seagrove; several cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
