John Curtis Morgan, Jr.

John Curtis Morgan, Jr., age 69, of Asheboro died Friday, March 7, 2014 at his home. John Curtis Morgan, Jr. was born January 15, 1945 the son of John Curtis and Helen Maxine Brown Morgan. Mr. Morgan was a native of Randolph County and retired after 29 years of service with the City of Randleman. Johnny loved fishing and formerly owned and operated Tiger Den Bait & Tack shop. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Frances "Hank" Hudson. He is survived by on his son: James Curtis (Lisa) Cockman of Asheboro, grandchildren: Harley Locklear, Kristian Williams and Sage Locklear; sister: Elizabeth "Lib" Hedgecock of Climax, two brothers: David (Jane) Morgan and Charles Ray "CR" (Shelia) Morgan all of Randleman, NC A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
