John Cleveland Dougan, age 56, of 2289 Forest Hills Dr., Asheboro died Saturday, November 3, 2007. Mr. Dougan was a native of Randolph County and a Navy veteran. He was employed with Georgia Pacific of Asheboro. He is survived by his mother: Eva Dougan Sumrall of Florida; wife: Renee Dougan of Georgia; two sons: John Dougan and Rickie Dougan of Connecticut; one sister: Tammie Bushor of Florida; and three brothers: Donald Dougan of Asheboro, NC, Tim Dougan of Asheboro, NC, Clyde Hepline of Texas; 2 grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 7, 2007 from 7 to 9 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Wednesday, November 6, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Aaron Robbins officiating.Burial will be in Whitehall Evangelical Methodist Church Cemetery, Randleman.
