Joanne Merrill Clifton

Joanne Merrill Clifton, age 75, of Randleman died Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Randolph Hospital. Mrs. Clifton was a native of PA. Joanne was a member of Hope Baptist Church. She was known to have a quirky personality and was an avid "Pittsburgh Steelers" fan. She is survived by her daughters: Peggy Sue Lucas and her husband Randy of Randleman, Kelli Wentz and her husband Rich of Denver, PA, and Heather Robinson and her husband John of Lancaster, PA; sons: James Merrill and his wife Melissa of Apex, Ken Merrill and his wife Cindy of Gray, PA, and Chad Merrill of Santa Monica, CA.; 17 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 11:00 am at Hope Baptist Church, 4875 Old Edgar Rd., Sophia, NC 27350.
