Jimmy Franklin Graves

Jimmy Franklin Graves, age 61, of 5174 Zoo Parkway, Asheboro died Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Huldah Baptist Church with Rev. Jason Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military rites by the Randolph County Honor Guard. Mr. Graves was a native of Randolph County, an Army veteran of the Vietnam Era and was a member of Huldah Baptist Church. He was formerly employed with General Electric and Mid State Plastics. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Metters Graves of the home; son, Jeffery Lee Graves of Asheboro; grandson, Zachary Keith Graves of Asheboro; 4 brothers and 2 sisters. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 23, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
