Jessica Ascencio Lopez, age 24, of Troy passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Atrium Health Cabarrus, Concord. Ms. Lopez was born July 1, 1996 in Patzcuaro, Michoacan, Mexico the daughter of Yesenia Ascencio Bautista of Troy. She was a manager at Quik Chek in Troy. She is survived by her husband: Orbelin Jaimes; one son: Francisco Gerardo Jaimes; one brother: Gerardo Lopez Ascenio. Jessica will lie in repose on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Pugh Troy Funeral Home from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM for public visitation. A Mass will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Our Lady of The Americas, 298 Farmer's Market Rd., Candor, NC 27229 at 11:00 AM with the Father Richardo Sanchez officiating.
