Jessica Dawn Atkins, age 25, of Bennett died Saturday, January 9, 2021. Jessica was a free spirit, adventurous lady who loved life and her children. She enjoyed listening to music and drawing. Jessica is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Roger Clodfelter, paternal grandfather, Thomas Atkins, Uncle Frankie Pugh and Aunt Pat Atkins and cousin, Keegan McDonald. She is survived by her daughter: Dixie Marie Kennedy; son: Tony Dillion "Noah" Ivan; mother: Rebecca Clodfelter (James Smart); Danny Atkins, Sr. (Dana Beckham); brother: Danny Atkins, Jr. (Caitlyn Collins); nephew, Brantley Atkins; step brothers: Hunter East, and Devin Martindale; step sisters: Abby Atkins, and Ashley McNeil and their mother, Tara Atkins; maternal grandmother, Barbara Clodfelter (Isaac Smith); Paternal Grandmother, Shirley Atkins (Roger East); Aunts, Peggy Martin (Jerry), Lillian McKinley (Rodney) , Holly Pugh, and Debbie Martin (John) Uncles, Roger Clodfelter, Michael Clodfelter, Billy Atkins (Kim) , and Allen Atkins; Cousins, Jennifer Johnson (Jared), Matt Atkins, Felicia Jennings, Casey Martin (Joey Moore), Kristin Martin (Dustin), Adam Haithcox (Heather), Jordan Clodfelter, Amber & Ashley Ervy; Amanda Slone, Nicholas Thompson, Destiny Hudson, Cody Atkins, Emily Atkins, Alyssia McDonald (Jordan), and Keylin McDonald. Jessica will lie in repose Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. and Friday January 15, 2021 at the church 1-1:50 pm. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at Faith Community Church, 4252 US Hwy 220 Bus. S., Asheboro with Pastor Wayne Eller officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Memorial Gardens, Asheboro.
