Jerry Michael Boyce, age 71, of Randleman died Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro.
Jerry was a native of Randolph County. He was an excellent welder, wood crafter and also built three wheelers. Jerry enjoyed restoring Volkswagens and was a jack of all trades. Jerry formerly worked for Klopman Mills and for Contract Erectors.
He is survived by his wife: Melinda Boyce of the home; sons: Tim Boyce and Kristal Hall of Randleman, and Todd Boyce of Asheboro; daughters: Tina Owens and her husband Billy of Randleman, and Terri Boyce and Ray Luther of Randleman; 10 grandchildren: Amy, Amanda, Tiffany, Danielle, Lyn, Stacie, Landi, Ethan, Anna and Abby; 6 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 1:00-3:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm in the Pugh Funeral home Chapel with Rev. Charles Arnold officiating.
The family would like to express their sincere "'thanks" to the staff of Hospice of Randolph for all their loving care and support given to Jerry and to all of the family.
