Jeremy Veston Roark. age 48, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 in Winston-Salem at Oak Forest Health Rehabilitation Center, while getting Physical Therapy on both his legs, injured from a car accident in October.
He was born in Guilford County to Clinton V and Lela P Roark.
He grew up in Randleman NC and graduated from Randleman High in 1993. He later attended RTCC for Auto Body Repair.
His older brothers, Roger and Donnie, got him interested in working on cars around the house, where him and his buddies spent most of their time, working on and fixing up each others cars. Eventually leading him to become an Auto Mechanic full-time.
If he wasn't working on cars, Jeremy stayed busy with the girls(Buffy, Heather, Carolyn, Tammy, Melissa, to name a few) and his friends(Little Billy, Joe, Packy, Homer, Chris and Andy, to name a few) always cutting up, trying to put a smile on everyone's faces. He loved his family, and enjoyed trips to the mountains, and beaches. He especially had a love for Roark Mountain, in Abingdon VA, where his dad grew up. He enjoyed fast cars, remote control cars, music, dancing, swimming, camping, and tubing down the rivers. The bigger the groups, the better fun everyone had with him. He just enjoyed life, having fun, and making everyone around him happy.
He was proceeded in death by his grandparents: Vernon and Susie Roark of Abingdon VA, Benjamin and Josephine Patterson of Clintonville WVA, his father Clinton V Roark of Randleman, brother Roger L Roark of Randleman, sister Wanda G Stills of Level Cross, and nephew Cecil H Stills Jr (Tad) of Level Cross.
