Jean Lineberry

Sylvia Jean Lineberry, age 83, of Randleman, passed away on August 28, 2011 at Woodland Hills in Asheboro. A lifelong resident of Randleman, Jean was the daughter of Thomas Carl and Etta Allred Lineberry. Jean worked at the old Economy Drug Store in downtown Randleman from the age of 15 until her retirement. A member of the First United Methodist Church of Randleman, she always took time to help family and friends, until declining health would no longer allow it. She will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Hal J. Lineberry and Fred M. Lineberry, and sisters Doris Lineberry Lamb and Annie Lineberry, all of Randleman. She is survived by nieces: Anita Hyatt, Lisa Hoover, and Ellen Barker, and nephews: Jimmy, Roger, and Tommy Lineberry. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 from 12:45-1:45 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 S. Main Street, Randleman, NC. The graveside service will follow at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro at 2:00 PM with Dr. Dana Bunn Officiating. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church P.O.
