Janice Sue White

Janice Sue Watkins White, age 64, of Asheboro died Friday, January 13, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston- Salem. Janice was born November 24, 1952, the daughter of Rev. Coleman and Lillie Watkins. She was known by her family as "Memaw" and her love in life was her grandkids. She was a fighter but God chose to bring her home. She is survived by her mother, Lillie Watkins; sister, Wanda Thompson; son, Matt White and wife Jamie; daughter, Jeanette Pugh and husband Chris; 6 amazing grandchildren, Gage and Ryan White, David, Grace, Josh and Rebecca Pugh. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Bailey’s Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Jonathan Shook officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Arrangements by Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro.
