Jane K. Gatlin

Ollie Jane Kiser Gatlin, age 84, formerly of 1105 Faith Rock Road, Franklinville, NC, died Friday, April 11, 2008 at Clapps Convalescent Nursing Home, Asheboro. Mrs. Gatlin was born May 9, 1923 the daughter of C. M. and Berta (Hayes) Kiser. Jane was a native of Randolph County and had worked at the Randolph County Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband James Gatlin and her son Lanny Royce Gatlin. She is survived by one brother and his wife: John and Emogene Kiser of Seagrove, NC; two sisters: Ruth K. Scott of Seagrove, NC, and Douzy K. Odell of Columbus, GA; nieces: Dianne Stutts, Darlene Dale, Lisa Lovin, Myra Brown, Lynne Hill, Melanie Winters and nephews: Barry Scott, and Woody Odell and 8 great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday, April 14, 2008, from 2:30-3:30 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Monday, April 14, 2008, at 4:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clay Davis and Rev. Danny Jarrell officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro. Memorials may be made to the charity of the Donor's Choice.
