James Elbert Fowler

James "Jimmy" Elbert Fowler, age 77, of Asheboro died Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Randolph Hospice House. Mr. Fowler was a native of Kentucky and was a member of Central Falls Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Gomez. He is survived by his wife, Patty Cox Fowler; sons, Keith Fowler and his wife Leigh Ann of Asheboro, James Kenneth Fowler and his wife Lynn of Asheboro; grandchildren, Rachel Bowman and her husband James, Megan Fowler, Kalin Fowler and his fiancé Amanda Young, Keleigh Fowler; sisters, Linda Cline of Greer, SC, Glenna Fowler of IN; brother, David Fowler of Tampa, FL. The family will receive friends Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 21, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Central Falls Baptist Church, 1332 Old Liberty Rd., Asheboro. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Christian Church Cemetery, Ramseur.
