James Brian Cooper, 36 of Asheboro, passed away Friday, September 2, 2016.
Brian was born December 14, 1979 in Asheboro, NC. He was a 1998 graduate of Asheboro High School. Brian served in the United States Army from 1998 - 2002. Brian was a Sergeant in the Old Guard and a Medical Specialist stationed at Ft. Myers, VA. Brian served our country in great capacity on September 11, 2001 as a First Responder at The Pentagon.
Brian is survived by his mother, Becky Cooper, his father, Jim Cooper and his wife Patty, his sister, Jamie Cooper Price and husband Trick, their children Mia and Erin Devilbiss, Sydney and Cooper Price, Christopher and Megan Price.
A graveside service will be held at on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 10:00 am at New Hope Memorial Gardens, 3448 New Hope Church Rd., Asheboro with Chaplain Tom Barton officiating and with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard. The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
