Jacky Ray Satterfield

Jacky Ray Satterfield, age 49, of 834 Fritz Farm Rd., Trinity died Monday, January 24, 2011 at Duke University Medical Center in Durham. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 28, 2011 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Full Gospel Bible Church of God, NC 22 North, Franklinville, NC and other times at the home of his mother, 3721 Golden Meadow Rd., Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at Full Gospel Bible Church of God with Rev. Terry Batchelor officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park. Mr. Satterfield was a native of Alamance County and was formerly employed with Energizer Plant #2. Jacky was a member of Full Gospel Bible Church of God and was preceded in death by his father, Joe Satterfield and his sister, Shirley Satterfield. He is survived by his wife, Dolores Domijan Satterfield; sons, Jay Nelson Hill and Robert Arthur Cordes both of Trinity, NC and Brenden Cody Suominen of Ft. Myers, FL; mother, Pearl Satterfield of Asheboro, NC; several nieces and nephews; and six canine companions. Jacky was a heart recipient and the family would like to express their appreciation to the donor family for the additional years given to Jacky.
