Jack Benjamin Williams, age 85, of 156 E. Academy St., #30, Asheboro died Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Peak Resources Nursing Home, Carthage, NC.A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 11:00 am at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Dr. Glenn Mathews officiating.Mr. Williams was a native of Guilford County and a Navy veteran of WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Margolis Williams, special friend and close companion, Helen Loflin, brothers, Arnold Edward Williams, John Luther Williams, Jr., Charles Enoch Williams, Bryant Frederick Williams and sister, Maxine Williams Sawyer. He is survived by his sister, Fleta Mathews, her husband Dr. Glenn Mathews of Robbins, NC and several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 29, 2009 from 9:30-10:30 am at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro, NC.Memorials may be made to Revival Crusade, Inc., P.O.
