Jack Barnes "J.B" Vestal, Sr.

Jack Barnes "J.B." Vestal, Sr.,age 85, of Asheboro died Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Mountain Vista Health Park in Denton.

Mr. Vestal was born September 9, 1934 in Asheboro, NC to Causey and Jeanie Skeen Vestal. He was a graduate of Farmer School and formerly attended Central Carolina Community Church in Asheboro. He was retired from Technimark, Inc. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Strickland Vestal.

He is survived by sons, Jack Vestal, Jr. and his wife Kathy of Coleridge and Jeff Vestal of Asheboro; step daughter, Wanda Robbins and her husband Lynn of Asheboro; Grandchildren, J. Neal Robbins and his wife, Beth, Jack "Trey" Vestal and his wife Julie, Tristan Vestal and his wife Taylor, and Grace Vestal; great grandchildren, Everett and James Robbins, Micah, Mason, and Everlee Vestal.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 1:15-1:45 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will follow at 2:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in West Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
