Jack Byron Hayworth

Jack Byron Hayworth, age 58, of Greensboro, died Saturday, July 14, 2012 at VA Medical Center, Durham.
Jack was born in Leaksville, NC, the 4th child born to Norman C. and Emma R. Hayworth. He lived most of his adult life in California and Seattle. He received an honorable discharge from the US Navy.
He is survived by his long time close friend: Gary Breitenfeidt, father: Norman C. Hayworth, Brothers; Richard Hayworth, (Cyndy), James Hayworth (Venessia) and Sisters; Sherry Keever (Greg), Kim Jones, Tami Atkins (Garlin), and Step Sister: Darlene White (Joe), Nieces:Angie Burleyson, Christy Williams, Tracy Jones, Jordan Atkins, Nephews: Michael Hayworth, Chris Hayworth, Jimmy Hayworth, Ben Jones, Jeremy Webb, Josh Webb and great nieces and nephews: Landon and Leah Burleyson and Alesia , Mason, and Nick Hayworth.
Jack requested a private Celebration of Life.
In lieu of flowers, he was a strong supporter of the Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity, The Homeless and the Veterans.
We thank you for your support. We know he is in a much better place with our beloved mother and other dearly departed family members.
