Irene D Wilson

Irene Dorothy Wilson, age 96, of Randleman died Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mrs. Wilson was born in Hominy Mills, W. VA. She was a 50 year plus member of the Bethlehem Chapter No. 71 of the Eastern Star in Beckley, W. Va. She was married to the Rev. Ray W. Wilson, Sr. Methodist minister in the W. Va. Conference who predeceased her. Irene is also preceded in death by a grandson. She is survived by her son: Ray W. Wilson, Jr. of West Jefferson and his wife Sheila; daughter: Anna Gaye Cook of Randleman; brother: William Hanson Dorsey, II of Charlottesville, VA; 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and 2 nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, February 1, 2013 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC with the funeral service following at 2:00 pm in the chapel with Rev.
