Irene Luck Poole

Mary Irene Luck Poole, age 76, of 1103 Luck Rd., Asheboro died Monday, October 1, 2007 at her home. Mrs. Poole was a native of Randolph County, was formerly employed with Burlington Industries, and was formerly an in-home caregiver. She was a member of Spoons Chapel Christian Church and was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Moore Poole. She is survived by her sons, Ronnie Cook of Asheboro, NC, Teddy Cook of Asheboro, NC; Randal Allen Eastridge of Cary, NC, Jeffery Alvin Eastridge of Raleigh, NC, daughters, Cindy Renee Brown of Asheboro, NC, Jennifer Ann Hyler of Ramseur, NC; stepsons, Clifford Poole of Whittier, CA; Steve Poole of Franklinville, NC; 16 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Geneva Goins of Asheboro, NC, Christine Kidd of Asheboro, NC, Flona Johnston of Asheboro, NC and brother, Floyd Luck of Asheboro, NC. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 3, 2007 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Spoons Chapel Christian Church with Pastor John Auler officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
