Irene Smith Hall

Irene Smith Hall, age 94, of Asheboro died Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 9, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Oakhurst Baptist Church with Dr. Richard Crider officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park. Mrs. Hall was a native of King, NC, a homemaker and a member of Oakhurst Baptist Church. She was a Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband, Ezra Hall and her daughter, Wanda Hall. She is survived by her sons Bob Hall and his wife Glenda Hall of Leavenworth, KS, Kerry Hall and his wife Doris of Asheboro, NC; daughter, Teresa Salley and her husband Rickey of Asheboro, NC; grandchildren, Rod and Judith Hall, Scott Hall, Nathan and Kristi Hall, Ira and Rita Hall, Amanda Salley and Brandon Absher, James and Becca Salley, Mollie and Terry Kinney; 16 great grandchildren. She is absent from the body and present with our Lord. II Corinthians 5:8. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 8, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
