Ina Bunting Dorsett

Ina Mae Dorsett, age 88, of 2253 Old Farmer Rd., Asheboro died Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 7, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Tim Pheagin officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. Mrs. Dorsett was a native of Randolph County, a homemaker and a member of West Chapel United Methodist Church. Mrs. Dorsett was preceded in death by her husband, Olan Dorsett, brothers, Herman, George, Jay and Gilbert Bunting and sisters, Reva Morris and Lola Pugh. She is survived by daughter, Janet I. Dorsett of Asheboro; son, Michael O. Dorsett and wife Patti of Gibsonville; brother, Ray Bunting of Asheboro; sister-in-law, Evelyn Bunting of Asheboro. She was a beloved Mamaw of grandchildren, Andrew Dorsett of Pasadena, MD and Katelyn Dorsett of Gibsonville. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 6, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
