Hilda Farlow Deese

Hilda Gray Farlow Deese, age 73, of 3721 Libertys Run Dr., Flint Hill, NC died Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mrs. Deese was born December 1, 1938 the daughter of Lester Monroe and Dorothy Dunning Farlow. Mrs. Deese was a native Asheboro and enjoyed working in the garden and in her greenhouse. In addition to her parents, Hilda was preceded in death by her husband George S. Deese: daughter Deborah Deese Eck and one brother Raeford Farlow. She is survived by one son: Todd Deese of Sophia, NC; grandson: Ian Shane Clark of Mooresville, NC; granddaughter: Kelly Hill of Vass, NC; great grandchildren: Chloe and Morgan Hill of Vass, NC The family will receive friends Monday, April 23, 2012 from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The Memorial Service will be Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM at First Assembly of Archdale with Rev. Billy Myers and Rev. Jeff Looney officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro. The family would like to express special thanks to Bob and Ann Mabe for their compassionate care, given Hilda, throughout the years and to Hospice of Randolph for their excellent care.
