Helen Fausett Vanderhoek, 92, of Jacksonville, Fla., passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017.
She was born in Ocala, Fla. in 1924.
She was a talented artist, a wonderful cook, a lover of antiques and a faithful member of St. Peters Episcopal Church of Orange Park, Fla. She never let a good cause defeat her.
Survivors include her daughter, Kerry Wallace and husband Terry of Troy; two grandsons, Ben Wallace and wife Darla of Troy, Patrick Wallace of Salisbury; four great-grandchildren, Phillip Wallace, Daniel Wallace and Laura Wallace of Troy, and Stephanie of Phoenix, Ariz.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, March 5 at Forks of Little River Baptist Church Cemetery, Troy.
There will be no visitation..
