Helen Norris Hutchins

Helen Norris Hutchins, age 81, of 1149 Cranbrook Circle, Asheboro died Monday, May 12, 2008 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Christopher Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro. Mrs. Hutchins was a native of Mecklenburg County, NC, was a 1945 graduate of Thomasboro High School, and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Elmer Hutchins of the home; daughters, Marilyn Henderson of Asheboro, NC, Cheryl Albus of Kensington, MD; sons, Gary Hutchins of Asheboro, NC, Gregory Hutchins of Morrisville, NC; sister, Evelyn Cathey of Charlotte, NC; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at her home.
